I'm having a problem with the small and medium images not resizing. When I upload the image via "Tools -> IH2 -> New File" I specify the default image (which is typically around 600x700) and the small, medium and large images are the same size.
Double check your install.. Make sure all the files got uploaded and that they didn't get corrupted during the FTP upload..
Re: Image Handler 2 Support
Thank you!
Yeah, I thought I read through the read-me but maybe was reading a different support document ...
I need to also do another test w/ the large image handling:
For example, if I have images of various large sizes, then if I want the various large versions of these to render, in full, on pop-up, would I leave both dimension settings empty in Admin -> Configuration -> Images -> IH ??

No that will not work at all.. you need to set your dimensions based on the largest image size for your product images..
Re: Image Handler 2 Support
Thanks for your reply, but I actually just did it (blanked out Large Image sizes in Admin Config IH sizes) and the large images render perfectly at their various full large sizes in the large pop-ups. Maybe you misunderstood my question? Thank you for your quick reply!

Re-zipped and uploaded to root directory, used cpanel-filemanager function to unzip again and no errors. Have not had issues doing it this way in the past.
It has now created the small image, but when I hover on the small image it shows another small image instead of large.

No I did not misunderstand your question at all.. What I answered was that having NO dimensions set at all would likely NOT work..

Clearly your method for uploading the files is causing some issues as you are describing behavior that sounds more like a funky install than anything else.. Why not FTP the files versus using the cpanel-filemanager function and see if you don't get a different result..

After re-zipping, re-upping and re-extracting I executed the install again and changed the settings once more and voila... it's working fine now. Maybe it did run into a funky extracting the first time.
I guess I could use FTP as well, I've just become accustomed to this way. Uploading a zip file and using the server's unzip takes 1/10th the time of uploading an entire ZenCart installation via FTP (because of the thousands of individual files).
Thanks Diva.
Re: Image Handler 2 Support
Is there a way to ftp your images in instead of uploading one by one? How would I do this if it's possible. Thank you!

You may FTP additional product images provided that they are named following Zen Carts conventions for additional images. The primary product image cannot simply be FTP'd since you must enter the product image information at the time of product creation. That said, this is not really an IH2 support related issue/question. Suggest posting any additional questions on this topic in the correct place in the forum if you require more information..
