BTW, I also editied the froogle.php file as mentioned earler in this thread to encode with UTF8. Used the dame instructions as the googlefroogle ones but did it in the froogle.php file near the end. Seems to have worked here as well.

It works already. Have you set up the cron job? Assuming your hosting account supports cron? Sometimes you have to upgrade vhost account so that it supports cron.Quote:

Thanks!

Cool, Andrew's site is back up!
The updated Google Froogle mod by Andrew (v 1.2.1 updated July 29, 2006) can be found at
http://zen-cart.spb.ru/freedownload....gleFroogle.zip
And the archived Google Froogle thread is at http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=30993
Sweet! :D Thanks Andrew & Woodymon.
So the CRON thing is only necessary if you want to automatically update? If I wanted to manually update it myself each month I could do so, correct? I dont think I have the cron option is why i ask...
Correct, you can do it manually.
why is it that this isnt feeding a file of all my products, it only loads like 1500 of the 4700.... when i export a file from EP, it gives me all of them... whats up with that?
and how do i fix it?
I'd fix it by not using EP and install the mod from this thread.
