DUAL Pricing v2

Can someone please explain this module to me?

I have installed dual pricing into my version 1.3.9d zen cart and it works as long as I do not use attributes to price. Using attributes the client sees the proper wholesale price when viewing the product but retail shows in the cart and at checkout.
Anyone have any ideas as to how this can be corrected or what code might be affecting this that I might be able to perhaps change.

Is this mod still supported ? If not such a shame it's a great mod !! Anyways I'm going to be upgrading this over the next few weeks for my store and would like to submit the changes with the author's permission ?

What I already have done ..

Added a wholesale application form to register. When a customer has clicked yes to applying for a wholesale account the store owner is notified in admin and then can switch the customer over to wholesale status if they decide to.

Also added wholesale prices to bulk discount's so you can set a separate price for bulk discounts wholesale / retail.

To do ...

Fix attributes ? I haven't tried using wholesale prices for attributes yet.

I'm sure there is more to do but it's friday and I'm in weekend mode so a bit brain dead lol I'l submit the patches when complete.

Cool, that sounds like a great fix. If you can, could you make it work when all prices are priced by attributes?

@ drgr33n - feel free to improve upon any of the free modules so long as you do thorough testing before releasing a newer version.

If you could get the attributes portion working, that would be fantastic. The mod on the whole is a great idea but with the changes in the zen cart shopping basket I guess a few calls have been changed so it brings up the retail price instead of the wholesale price. The wholesale prices show when looking at the product but they just don't get transferred to the basket. Now I am using zen cart 1.3.9d. I'm new to this and not sure if I want to try to upgrade just yet. Thanks for any and all help in this area.

I will take a look at the attributes problem sometime this week if I'm not too busy :unsure: lol I doubt it will be that much wrong with it.

Here's some screen shots of the other mod's I've implemented. I've just merged the changes into one of my clients websites for now I will type up the patch after looking into these attributes on a fresh zen install.

I just installed Dual Pricing but I am not getting any additional pricing boxes in the product page. Could another mod be blocking it. I have map pricing installed also.

When I first started pricing by attributes I had the problem where the attributes prefix '+' doubled the price. I fixed this by following instructions here:

However when I install dual pricing this problem arises again. Has anyone any idea how to fix it? Also, where do I put the wholesale prices? I update my attributes using a system of spreadsheets in EZ Populate, does anyone know how this module may affect that?
