I'm talking about using ADMIN / CATALOG to click on a little icon to bring up IH3 with the speicific product. It was in IH2... but there is no little round "I" in IH3 (at least in my install).Quote:

You are correct - there should be an IH3 icon there - stuck snugly between the "Copy To" and "Attributes" icons.Quote:

Also, check the file size on the server against the file size in the download package. Sometimes files get corrupted on upload through FTP and need to be re-uploaded.

I just installed image handler and everything seems to work fine except for one product. It shows up in the category list but I get an internal server error 500 for just that one product. When I make a copy of that product, the new copy gives me the same error, but the old one starts to work. But if I delete both, the next product on the list will give me the same problem. It seems to be giving me that problem on the first product listed in that category.
Where do I begin to solve this? What other info would you need?

try reducing the image size for that product, i had this issue and it wasnt until i shrank it by half its size that it started working. it may not be the fix but its a start?
I just tried that, it didn't work. It's the same size as the others but this is the only one that gives me problems. It's strange, it only happens in this slot on the categories page. What ever product is on the first slot gives me that error.

An example of what you see in admin as the item in both the listing and the IH part would --possibly help...a screenshot.
template you are using---does it do it in default one too.
have you made sure all files are in the correct places?

The file name has underscores but so does many other and they don't give me problems. Everything else works fine.

Everything loads up fine. But when I deactivate this product, the next one down does the same thing.
