Re: Maximum Width and Height
I don't know WHY, but I do know what is happening.. Simply put your additional images are not being resized and cached by IH2. If you view the source of the additional images you will see it points to the original image (hence the size)
Suggest two things..
- Manually clear the cache via your FTP tool.. Simply remove all folders/files from the image cache except the .htaccess and .keep files
- Double check your install to make sure all the modifications required for IH2 are in place..

I have installed this module dozens of times without any problem. I know for sure this was working with previous IH versions, just not sure when this start happening. My details for this site are:
ZC v.1.3.9h
IH2: latest
PHP Version 5.2.11
Example:
notablymexican.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=2&products_id=6
You can notice that even I set up a Max of height of 600px the image is showing a larger height (which is not the original but is over the 600px set).
Notice that this only happens when you upload by FTP because when you do it from admin (IH manager) they show up just well. On the other hand right now the size they are showing on admin are the proper ones (on popup and on the image size below each image).
Let me know if you need more information.

I already did that....twice. I will try again just for reassurance.

I don't have slimbox which is the only one I believe can have compatibility issues, right?

Slimbox and Zen Lightbox both work very well with IH2.. (I've used both)..
Re: Image Handler 2 Support
Well, I just tried on my sandbox and it resulted on the same.
Now remember that this only is happening when you FTP the images and not when you use the manager. BUT the large images show correctly on the image manager (size and popup).

Strange because that shouldn't happen which leaves me wondering if this isn't something server related or being caused by the FTP software itself.. Can you try using the cPanel file uploader and let me know if you get a different result??
Re: Image Handler 2 Support
Yes, there's definitely a problem. I tried by cPanel and same issue.
I just tried same images on my personal website and worked just fine:
ideascg.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=2_28&products_id=231
Shhhhh....but I'm still using 1.3.7 and the old IH2. I know I KNOW! Be quiet, I will upgrade soon...sssshhhhh!
I will try on a 1.3.8 but I have few customers on that and there's no issue, so probably was at some point with 1.3.9+

**snicker**
This is a first I've seen this happen.. Have to give this some thought as IH2 seems to otherwise work.. for whatever reason it's just not "applying itself" to your additional images..
