Auction Product Type

For some strange reason, this does now work for my site...nothing new added or deleted. Have been trying to correct the INFO BOX issue though. When I merge and even go line by line etc. I end up with the graphic/ I have also included the 2 php files which I am merging...1 is the one to merge thru auction pricing, and the other is my information.php prior to adding the auction plug-in

Any help again would be greatly appreciated. I have used winmerge, as well as araxis merge, bluefish, and even notepad, all with the same result.

Hi Insenterprises,
here is the sidebox information.php with the auction info as the second from top. Copy this file in your sideboxes folder without merging.
I took your "previous" information.php and added the auction info link.

Can you please help me? I have installed your module and it just has a few issues that i need help with. If you select taxable in the product list when adding a new item, when someone goes to bid, it shows the the start price not the taxable price. So each time you try to add a bid it states bid to low. This is fine but if it does not show the taxable price as the starting bid how is someone to no what to start the bid at? If i do select taxable and place a bid above the taxable price, (i know what the bid is only because i listed the item) it reverts back to the base price when added. viewable: http://mightythrifty.com

The buynow shows the correct taxable price.

Can you tell me how to get the Detail or Buy Now Button image to show up on the page where it says ( ...more info) and remove the Max:1?

OK, I thank i have it, about the taxable issue, i need to show the gross starting price instead of the net starting price. If you can tell me what i need to do for this i think that will do it.

Hi medgolloc,

if you want to add sales tax to your auction items, you can create a new Tax Class under Admin -> Locations/Taxes -> Tax Rates, call it something like "Tax Included" with a tax rate of 0%, and add your sales tax to the starting bid, reserve price, and buy now price. This is a workaround solution for now. I will look into this.
