I had a nochex payment today at 12:37 GMT and that one worked fine. Apart from that, I cannot say!
Nick from Nochex sent me 2 revised handler files today, one for 1.37 and one for 1.38.
I am running 1.37, tried them out and both work for me, all back to normal.:clap:
If you need them I can send them as I don't know how to put them up on here.
My customers can choose between Nochex and PayPal. Most seem to choose PayPal at the moment.
Had one order through NoChex, which seems to have worked, however the Order Status us set to Pending, not Processing as specified in the module.
Im having the same issues.
I have downloaded the new Nochex APC Handler file but where do I place it?
I have a file in my includes/modules/payment folder called Nochex_apc.php is it this file I am replacing? and do I call the new file the same name?
The new file is called nochex_apc_handler.php
Has the Nochex problem recurred?
I had notification of payment from Nochex today (Saturday 13:51 hours) but there is no order in the Zen-Cart control panel. There is normally a copy of orders placed sent to admin this has not happened either. I set the Nochex module to test mode and there is no record of the test order in the Zen-Cart admin control panel. Last successful transaction via Nochex was 11:54am Friday.
Have switched off Nochex meantime.
I have had the problem again tonight - 20:14 17/04/2010. Just like before we received a payment confirmation from NoChex but no order in Zen Cart. I will email Nick Fox at NoChex now.

We had three missing orders on Saturday all at around 2pm so I instantly disabled the payments system as I didn’t want a repeat of last time!! I had so many angry customers it was a joke:(
I knew it wouldn’t get sorted on Saturday so I just disabled it forgot about it until this morning

My one missing order has now appeared in Zen Cart and I have had an email from Nick Fox saying that the problem is rectified. Apparently it wasn't specific to Zen Cart this time.
I guess they have kicked through all the missing orders but if they haven't perhaps you can contact your account manager and ask them to do it for you.
