I seem to have installed it three times, but still didn't work - the menu in witch the options should be was empty and images weren't displayed at all (just the turning circle turned).
I would like to remove all the files and install it freshly. Please help!
I am wondering why the image setup button is timing out after a certain time. I can get about 500 images in before it times out.
Also I am wondering how to get Ajax Image Swapper and IH2 working together. It would be a dream come true! Is there a tutorial out there at all for this?

So the way I understand this mod is, it creates a separate area in Admin for images that will use the Ajax Image Swap, correct? I'm really looking for something simpler, as I don't know that mootools will play well with my existing jquery scripts.
I tried Image Swap via Mouseover, but can't get that to work with Tabbed Products Pro either. :(

I used a old backup version of the website.. and replaced some language files (who knows which ones as winmerge didn't find the problem)
and got it working.
I can't upload images.....I see the 'ADD NEW IMAGE' box...I select an image..it doesn't upload it...what the heck is going on?

I would look into two things.
- Make sure all files for the mod are properly in place.
- Make sure other mods are not messing with AJAX

On the store front I am getting the images to display in Safari without any issues however in Firefox and in IE I am getting no images at all??.

Right ok I sorted the last issue. I had 2 opening body tags somehow and it was causing havoc!
Anyway I have another issue. In the Ajax Admin Manager when I upload an image to the default size (small) it doesn't resize for Med and LRG it creates all 3 images at 100x93px

Please check the right of large and medium folder in images directory, these should be 777.
I was stuck at the same issue but after debugging after many hours this was minor setting. :smile:

I have a problem for small images display under medium images.
I have a product which have color as an attribute. I want all the color images associated to the attributes in combo. On mouseover on small image or by selecting the color attribute from combo, the corresponding medium image should be there in display.

I have the color attributes with values say black,white,purple, green, orange. When I select the attribute color and the value as black, three images are uploaded and same for all value. But in the page only one medium image is there but no all other small images for the all values. On selecting the value from combo, the corresponding image is loaded.
In other case if I select no attribute, different images are uploaded and all small images are there.
But I need the attribute, so that the selected color should be there on add to cart page.
Please help me, I have read many pages in this thread (30+). But no solution was there.

I haven't installed your programme fully yet but think that one of the files has made the "Alt text" coming back on my images. I had got rid of those "alt text" earlier. Could it be one of your files ?

Would need to see exactly what you mean. To create thumbnails you add attributes. Then you use Ajax image swapper manager in your zen cart admin to add images to your attributes. Ie Colour.Quote:

Yes, but we don't muck about with Zen Cart's SEO.
Currently working with Clyde's Simple Zen, IH2-2_0 Rev 8c, Newsletter Subscribe 2.2, Captcha for 1.3.9d, and Scheduled Events.
We have made several tweaks, but no real significant changes.
We don't like the borders, hard-coded image blocks, etc. and have changed them to better reflect the customer's product. Be warned that messing with the hard-coding will wreak havoc if you do not standardize each products image size. The set-size div was obviously added to prevent different-sized product images from making the screen jump around with each different image.
Where most make their mistake when loading this mod is missing the required changes listed in the readme that are not provided in an included file.

When you get an 1146 error, it's telling you that the table does not exist.
If you are getting this while using Ajax Image Swapper in the admin of your site, it's possible that you have either an incorrect database connection or you have a database prefix set that is incorrect. All these things would be in the admin configure.php
The table should probably be products_attributes_images in a static cart, znc_products_attributes_images IF you have znc_ as a database prefix, but I can't imagine where "twomuch1_znc1.znc_products_attributes_images" is being generated:shocking:

I'm doing this move from one hosting service to another...and I had to move datbases and it got kinda messy....not sure if I did it correctly...obviously I guess I didn't because Ajax Image swapper is not working...correctly...
So...Ajax Image Swapper has been running great...except today it is uploading the images in reverse order...So instead of having my 1st image uploaded as the main picture on the description page ..it is the last picture on the description page...
So now...I have to upload in reverse order..with my least wanted picture first and my best picture last...anybody know why it's doing this???:clap:

I have AIS installed. The product page now shows two product attribute selection areas, the AIS and the original zen cart display.
How do I use the AIS display as default and not display the original zen cart product display area.
Also, the Add to Cart feature is using the attributes from the original zen cart product display rather than from the new AIS. How do I resolve this?

No errors are being generated in my Apache error log.

two questions come to mind:
- does you DB have a prefix of zen_?
- How did you load the .sql file?
Yes it does. But I can't see that this would cause the problem since the error occurs on the last statement of the included "fresh install" sql file which I copied the text from before pasting it into the install sql feature of ZC.Quote:

I've got AIS running fine but now the alignment of the product info display is horrific.
The images ends up OK to the left of the page but the price and product description ends up below the images instead of to the right.
This is probably very simple but I'm stuck.

Im so glad I found this mod. Makes my job much easier!
I uploaded the proper files and in admin in the image swapper manager I can't seem to get the setup images button to do anything. I tried in IE FF and Chrome but still no avail. I believe that I need to do that one last step to get the images to work. Right now im just getting the spinner where the images should load. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :smile:

Thanks for your help :smile:. I followed the directions in the readme and went through it a few times to ensure I didnt miss anything. I followed the steps in part three step one. Installed the SQL patch from step two. also uploaded the additional files for slimbox from step three. Step four done as well.
The only thing I didnt do is upload the css file that was included for slimbox. Didnt think I needed that but ill upload it right now to see if that fixes it.
The problem is in admin when I press the button to setup images. Nothing happens. Im thinking that it might have something to do with an admin file but i uploaded everything including the motools java for admin. Im going to uninstall slimbox right now to see if that fixes it.

It just came to me...This client is using 1.3.8. I seen in the readme something about 1.3.8 files to upload but i dont see them in the mod files.
I guess the mod says its for 1.3.8 so nm on that one
I fixed it!:D It had to do with Ceon URI. I needed to add the files to the exemption list.

There are only a few mods installed, easy populate, ty package tracker and the Ceon URI. I dont think easy pop or ty package tracker would interfere.

When adding and attribute pics in the admin ui it tells me to select a category before I can select a product, even when I have already selected a category. Any way to fix this? Its hosted with xampp thru local host and I have no other addons installed

Does this work with stock by attributes....i.e. does it effect any of those files. Second does this work with the Jquery zoom effect where you hover and get a large magnified part of the image come up. The readme.txt suggests it does but I can't seem to find how to get it working.

My hopes are to combine the javascript files into one js file in includes/modules/pages/product_info folder. Right now there is jscript_1_mootools_complete.js, jscript_2_imageViewer.js, jscript_ajax_image_swapper.js, and jscript_textarea_counter.js. My Firebug pagespeed and Yslow will add a few more points if I can combine them into one file. I'm sure this could benefit everyone if there is a way. I have tried different options but nothing has worked

AIS installs its MySQL data into the existing configuration and configuration_group tables of your database.
I just did a fresh install on a 1.39h version. I have installed a few mods IH2 fual slimbox, additional image relocated with css, mailbeez.

Did you install the sql file through your admin panel or some other way?
Looks like your database uses the zen_ prefix and the installer file doesn't. Using Install SQL Patches will adjust for that.
I have tried installing through the admin using both the paste and the upload. I had fual slim box installed it produced a duplicate error so I used the fual sql unistalled and tried installthe ajax sql again I get

You would have been better served to make a backup of the database before the installation and revert to the backup if there were problems.
You still seem to be confusing the database by mixing code with and without the zen_ prefix.
Do you have phpMyAdmin with your hosting package?
Yes I do have phpMyAdmin. my host is bluehost.

I guess with all the mods on my site and the issue with my db zen prefix it maybe time to just give up on this working. to bad because it could be a nice feature.
I restored my store with my backup but I need to remove three ajax swapper links in admin/configuration and several fual slimbox.
Could someone point me in the right direction
