However - images: can't get them to appear.....I browse & download image, hit "update"; system tells me it was successful; front page says "image does not exist" and if I go back in to edit again, no image.
Not sure what to do?
Many thanks

Create a new folder in images folder called testimonials.
By default TM looks for this folder when uploading images from admin. This is also the folder where the images will be stored.

You have TM set so that only registered users may submit testimonials so I can't really check.
However there are several posts in this thread that address this issue, maybe one of them will be of help.
Re: Testimonial Manager Support Thread
Thank you so much clydejones! Such an easy fix
Just one thing......when you click on the image, after you click "read more" eg/ http://partykitnkaboodle.com.au/inde...timonials_id=1
a new blank page loads, and I get an "alert" with this message "The URL is not valid and cannot be loaded"
This is only in FF, IE does not attempt to load a page
Any way to stop it trying to load a new page?
Also, in FF, the RH column juts out (when image is present); does not happen in IE
Many thanks again:smile:

For the first issue try this:
Just unzip the file - rename the YOUR_TEMPLATE folder to match the name of your custom template (includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE)
Attachment 4623
The second problem seem to be that the image is not resizing to the size of the image setting(s) in admin -> configuration -> testimonial manager.
The default for the image size is 80 x 80 so you could try resizing the image to those dimensions.
Other than that I can't speak to how you would work this out using a TM template.

Let's try to narrow down the problem a little.
download and install this troubleshooting utility
Once you've done that try submitting a testimonial and then post the error message so I can check it.

Try this:
Unzip the file, change the YOUR_TEMPLATE folder (includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE) to match the name of your custom template[in this case classic]
upload the entire includes folder to your server.
