a standard v156c install has a 3 step checkout process. you can see the header code here:

when i go to your site and try and check out i see this:
Step 2 of 4 - Payment Information
the square module relies on the paymentSubmit button which has a specific id.
you page does not have that button. why i can not say. but it is not there. and your install is not a standard install.
the new square module tells you that information in the console of the dev tools. see my screen shot here:

without that button on that page, square will not work.

New square payment not showing up in Payment Module in Admin
Using ver. 1.5.7 ppatch1 I installed the new version of the square plug-in last night. Went through the square system for the codes. Double checked it. The square module does not show up under payment modules on my admin page, any ideas?

This morning a customer placed an order without problem in our cart using the Square payment module. I just discovered that as of this afternoon, the Square payment method fields appear in step 2 of checkout but no text can be entered. Thus, customers are unable to place an order. Anyone experience this or have a clue where to look for a solution.
ZC v. 1.5.5e (I am working on the upgrade but with multiple customizations it's taking a while)

Hmmmm, seem like it took them a week to turn it off because the old square module has been working up until yesterday evening.

Further questions:
1. How does one upgrade to WebPayment SDK? I assume this is done in Square itself. Wondering if I should set up a new Application in Square and use that for my testing in my upgraded to 1.5.7d store.
2. Is the square module that's part of 1.5.7d compatible with WebPayment SDK or do I need to install some different ZC plugin for this? I didn't see anything in the plug-in repository so I'm guessing not.

I just set up a new 1.5.8 ZenCart for an author. After battling with the MySQL Database Wizard for nearly half an hour, I finally got everything set up, and now I can access his new shopping cart.
He wants to use Square exclusively, so I went straight to Payment Modules first, disabled the default modules, and tried to enable Square. Following instructions, I logged into Square and found the Developer section (pretty much by luck since it's not part of their menu structure). I created a new application for his website, and configured the Credentials and OAuth pages. I copied the Application ID and the Application Secret into the Zencart module fields. It tells me the OAuth Redirect URL should be https://sitename.com/index.php?main_page=index, which is quite different from other urls mentioned in this thread, but I dutifully entered in on the Square OAuth page.
I can log into Square from the ZenCart module blue text link. But when I click the green link, it takes me to the new ZenCart's index page instead of into Square. Is that why I'm still getting an (Access Token needed) error message?
I appreciate any help you can give me on this!!

maker sure you downloaded Square Web Payments.
