Re: Mailbeez After Sales Modules
I just installed SuperOrders so I could use the batch status update in conjunction with MailBeez, but MailBeez has stopped working after I did a batch status update...? (using review reminders v2.1)
I double checked the order status history table, this wasn't the issue. Not sure what else it could be...
Any ideas?
Thanks
Mike
Re: Mailbeez After Sales Modules
Please check if also the order status in the orders table is update.
Re: Mailbeez After Sales Modules
Just 'only' noticed that my emails being sent are almost in plain text and look spammy emails. I did wonder why my respose rate had fallen.
Been looking throuh the settings Etc. but not obvious.
In the preview they look good but the actual 'sent' is plain text. Text only is set to 'False'
What have I missed?
Thanks
Re: Mailbeez After Sales Modules
Hi rizla,
Find some information how to force zencart to always send in HTML format on http://www.mailbeez.com/documentatio...en-cart-1-3-x/
By default zencart takes the format as configured by the customer.
Please note that your "send copy to" email address must be a registered customer as well since zencart also looks up the configured format for this email.
Cheers

Re: Mailbeez After Sales Modules
Thanks for that Cord.... got it sorted!
Re: Mailbeez After Sales Modules
Cord-
The order status in the orders table is also updated. I got one result when running mailbeez today, I'll have to look through the orders and see what the numbers should be...
Re: Mailbeez After Sales Modules
Ok I just checked. I should of had 145 orders come up today, just got one....
Re: Mailbeez After Sales Modules
Important is the date of the last order status, not the date of when the order was placed.
If you have serious intentions to go for premium modules please contact me through mailbeez.com and we will get things sorted out there.
Cheers
Cord
Re: Mailbeez After Sales Modules
A question out there for you guys!
How come my list of recipients in pretty much all of my modules only have 1 or 2 people in the list? when there should be hundreds? Can I change a setting to ensure that everyone who is applicable should be on the list?
Re: Mailbeez After Sales Modules
Hi Pearce,
You control who is eligible to receive mailings from each module with the settings found within each module. Please provide a list of the modules you are using and I'll respond with the settings you need to adjust for each of them.
