Can anyone help.
I have installed Super Orders and it is excellent, however I have one question:
When I enter payment details and select `Notify Customer` and press send, I get a cross in the status history. However I get a copy of the email sent to me, but I am not sure if it has gone to the customer.
Why do I not get a green tick like I did previously.
Please help.

Hi, I am wondering if it is possible to wrap a text field on the super orders invoice.
I have text fields for gift messages when gift wrapping is choosen, however the field when printed on the invoice is one line. If the customer has a long message it still show on the invoice as one line. The result is that when printed the invoice is reduced to fit and with a very long one line this is so small it cannot be read.
Can this be forced to wrap at a set width so the invoice stays at 100% of it size and the whole message can still be seen.
This also applies to the packing slip as well.

Is there a way to set orders as Completed in a batch, like the status settings?
We have a heavily modified Zen 1.3.7 installation with Super Orders as part of it.
One modification we've done is to add a filter for the shipping dept which only shows orders with a balance_due of 0. Apparently though, this is not set upon successful payment. Viewing the order detail in Super Orders does reset it based on what payments have been applied.
Is this a known issue or am I missing something?

I have recently installed the module and am experiencing one problem.
When we click "Notify Client", we get a red X instead of the green check. We can send emails through zen-cart.
Any ideas?
