Ack! I am feeling incompetent. This is my fourth attempt to add Super Orders. This time I was meticulously careful. Here is the message I got:

What am I doing wrong? There seems to be a fundamental error in what I am doing. Edit Orders went up fine yesterday.
I have ZC1.5, EO4.0, tried to get SO4.0.2final.

I have followed all the instructions to install in my zc 1.5 site, upgrading from the 1.3 version of super orders. After I copy all the files, then delete the common_orders_functions.php file because it was causing errors, I then get a sql error when trying to view any link in the admin site:
