I have used this module before however I am running the newest version of Zencart and am trying to install After sales automatic trigger campaigns and cannot locate the Mailbeez item in the drop down of the backend after I have uploaded all the files to their respective directories. Any help or similar experience?

Make sure you download the latest version from www.mailbeez.com and follow the installation instructions on http://www.mailbeez.com/documentatio...en-cart-1-5-x/

Aaah ok, haven't tried it but that might be the problem. was downloading from the Zen Cart plugin repository.

Hi Cord, I've been trying to install a Mailbeez onto v1.5.3, I've installed and reinstalled several times and keep having the same result. I can see the new "Mailbeez" box in the Tools menu, but when I click it, I get a blank screen and am unable to install it. Any ideas? Thank you.

I'm attempting to install Mailbeez on my local testing environment (Wampserver) and the install continues to fail. I log into Admin, go to Tools, click Mailbeez and then click the Install button which takes me to the cloud download. It appears to download the files just fine, but then cannot apply them. The error I received is as follows:

When I hit "Cancel" and it returns me to the Admin of Zen Cart I see an error message that says "fatal error: can't find config_queen.php"
I'm pretty positive that I uploaded the files correctly. Any assistance is appreciated.

I should add that this is a new install of ZC 1.5.3 using the sample database.
