Also, I do have a sql.zip in my backup directory and I can't extract or open it. It's corrupted.
i uplaod all files in admin folder but when i go to admin panel then Tools, i am not found link of Backup Zencart why?
i use latest zencart.
Double check that you uploaded the admin folder section into the folder that you are using as admin in zen cart.Quote:

I am starting to think your server is limiting the the files size.
If you could go under admin->tools->Server/Version Info and pm me the output. I will see if anything looks wrong.
