Inside the folder "service_db_repair_order_v2.1" there should be a folder named "service_db_repair_order" and a file named "service_db_repair_order.php" there should be a folder copy them into mailhive/mailbeez
Then in admin go to tools/mailbeez click on the mailbeez modules tab and click on "Service: Repair Order DB" click install then paste in your certificate and it should be done.
Make sure you backup your database first. I done one a few weeks ago it works great.

I assume you have installed the MailBeez Basic System?
Then ou need to unzip the zip archive and open the "/catalog" folder. There you find the "/mailhive" folder and in there the "/mailbeez" folder
just copy the containing folder and file accordingly into your zencart system, so that it looks like this on your server:
(zencart shop_root)/mailhive/mailbeez/service_db_repair_order
(zencart shop_root)/mailhive/mailbeez/service_db_repair_order.php
Then navigate to your MailBeez System in your zencart admin (tools -> mailbeez)
in the Tab "MailBeez Modules" you will find the module ready to install at the bottom of the list.

How can I find the "your unique trustpilot email address" to complete configuration for Trustpilot - automatic feedback service® ? Website sent me to register 2 accounts but non of them have anything about trustpilot email address. one of the account registered at en-us.b2b.trustpilot.com.

So it is no way to try the mailbeez in work before purchasing any extension?
After installation of Mailbeez displayed me "Your Order Database partly is corrupted" and fixing it cost 29EUR. Is it possible to find which exactly 146 records is corrupted and how it is affected the cart? Or may it is 10 y old records which nobody need to use?

yes, you can use mailbeez without purchasing any of the premium extension. There are a couple for free modules available that work already great

if 146 is only a small part of your order database you can disable that warning in mailbeez > configuration.
Just be aware that mailbeez is not able to process those orders. There are merchants having external solutions updating orders incomplete (and therefore damaging the data structure) and mailbeez was not able process those orders, which caused huge confusion.
You can also see if that number increase during the next weeks, that would tell you that new damaged orders are added into the system.

I'd like to email customers from a certain product category. It's a simple ZC setup with just a handful of categories and I can follow php instructions, not create my own modifications. Does your mod do this? Or is there a simpler way without the mod?

the soon coming mailbeez newsletter module will you allow to do this. In combination with the next version of the mailbeez template manager you will be able to create fully responsive emails (and edit them in their different modes) without touching any html code.

Hi
Just did update 2.5 to 2.85, and now mailbeez admin dashboard no longer has graphs or meters, is this correct?
Also when on mailbeez home tab all the other admin menu links at top disappear, until i click on one of the other mailbeez tabs, then the links come back?
Apart from that there is some nice improvements :D

make sure you also update all modules. If you have referral honey installed, make sure to update also the referral honey dashboard module, as the old version breaks the dashboard in MailBeez 2.8 (you can deactivate the dashboard module in mailbeez > configuration > dashboard > button)

I have just upgraded my zencart to version 1.5.1 and have the latest version of mailbeez but I have a little problem with Simple review in that the review button does not show up in the emails just a long URL.
Originally I had removed all the buttons as I was running zencart with css buttons however I reinstated the buttons in my template but I'm still having no luck.
Can someone tell me exactly which image button I should be using and where it should be located. (or a workaround if poss to create a css version)

For newsletter pro you have segmentation settings, I would like the ability to send emails to cutsomers if the have reached a minimum number of orders, by the look of it, it works the other way round, offering me the ability to segment by a maximum number of orders per customer.
I want to be able to send a newsletter to customers who have had at least x number of orders in the last 30 days.
Can this be done?

well, depends what "expensive" is for you. Have done some custom development starting at 100eur.

seeing the $EMAIL_SUBJECT in the email means, the zencart email template is applied.
Make sure you have applied the patch you find the in the FAQ and you select "override zencart template" in MailBeez > configuration > email engine

Have checked the forum and the FAQ. I have the problem with $EMAIL_SUBJECT appearing in the simulation emails for the review module.
Override Zen cart is set to true. I also tried to make the change to the Functions_email file however after I did this all emails stopped so I've since changed it back. Any suggestions?

The easiest and most reliable way is to configure MailBeez to send through its own SMTP server instead of sending through zencart.
You can configure this in mailbeez > configuration > email system

Just a heads up for anyone running the satisfaction module (or custom written modules) the email templates have changed.
Variables now need to be bracketed. ie $firstname now needs to be {$firstname} $storeurl is {$storeurl} etc.

Hello,
I have mailbeez v2.9.2 installed and purchased nopurchase advanced yesterday.
I installed the module without any errors. Everything is working fine but when i send test email first error i see is $EMAIL_SUBJECT written on top of the email and second error is I see zencart HTML template and footer and on top of that i see my mailbeez template. As you can see one image of Jewels Exports on top and then the mailbeez template header image.
can anyone help me how can i disable zencart template so that only mailbeez template is sent? Also when i send test email to any other email ID it wont go through?
Any help would be appreciated. Please check the attached images.

Easiest way to solve this is to configure a smtp server for mailbeez in mailbeez > configuration > email system.
That will bypass zencart.
Also feel free to contact the mailbeez helpdesk directly at helpdesk at mailbeez dot com

I tried configuring the smtp mail server but still when i send test email its all same. $EMAIL_SUBJECT error is also there and zencart header and footer also coming. Can you help me out? :(

nvm its working fine now.
Another question i have is how can i send this email to the other customer who are registered already and never made a purchase? I think for now its only showing receiptent who made account after i installed this module?

All MailBeez Modules are designed to analyse the existing data, which allows you to run campaigns like no purchase, win back etc. on historic data.
Each module allows you to configure the timeframe how long you would like to go back in time. So in your case you only need to increase the "max days to look back" to e.g. 30 days to contact all customers with account but no purchase of the last 30days.

I purchase another module “Winback Advanced” and while sending test email the email which goes picks up the image size of the product like 1000px x 850px.
I think it should have some fixed pixel so the email looks good. I’ve attached the screenshot please check and let me know which file to edit the image size.
And the "Find us on Facebook" link doesn't work. I've edited the link for both twitter and facebook pages but whenever i click on the link it takes me to facebook and then i see the page of facebook sayin "Link is broken" and the URL is changed to some more text with my page name.
Please see both the attachment and let me know how to fix.

I just did a upgrade to latest mailbeez and now I reworking email templates. I am now get the HTML <!DOCTYPE> Declaration on the top of the HTML email templates.
Did I miss something?

Am still trying to make my head around how to handle guest orders like COWOA - wonder if you could post the add-on link here so I can try it myself?
(as mailbeez supports a range of systems with different solutions for guest orders I need to find a common approach)

Please check out the Zen-Cart specific FAQ on http://www.mailbeez.com/support/ - simplest solution is to configure MailBeez to send mails using the PHPMailer class and configure a SMTP server.

They are kept and stored. The admin distinguishes these from the account customers. Is there a report that I can get to see who was sent a simple review reminder? I have never looked to see if the COWOA customers have received the reminder.
BTW This last send out of reminders I received 50% back with 5 stars. I really like this program it is easy for the customers to write a review with a simple click. That is why I want the facebook review feature, but the COWOA is another that makes check out easier for the customer so I will not do without it. Thanks again

so after installing it (and adding it to your zencart-admin) you can navigate to a customer, open the customer insight dialog and go to mailbeez history.

I too have just tried to install on 151 and I have no menu in tools.
The file path you listed above does not exist in my downloaded copy. I have /extra files/extras_zencart/admin & includes
but no ref to 1.5.x

you need to edit the body template of the module you are using - seems you edited the main template
module templates are located in
/mailhive/mailbeez/<module>/email

I have this mod all installed and working, except when test e-mails are sent, they look like the image I've attached. I can't figure out how to get rid of the DOCTYPE line at the very top. I saw another post in this thread where they said to use smtp for the e-mail, but we can't get it working on the server, the e-mails fail with smtp. It should be a simple thing to just remove this line of code? I don't know why we need to spend a bunch of time fiddling with smtp. Can someone just please tell me how to remove this line? I thought it was in email_html.tpl, but removing the line at the top of that file has no effect.

I did that already actually, it didn't solve the issue. It did stop the zencart email header/footer from showing, but did not remove that line of text at the top about DOCTYPE etc. I got the smtp working and now the e-mails are fine, but it would be nice if that text just wasn't in there to begin with.

Having trouble with a previous install. The URL posts without the .php extension (www.mystore.com/admin/mailbeez?tab=home) resulting in a page not found error. Adding the .php in the URL allows the page to function fine but hovering over the links to the other tabs, options, etc all display a URL with the missing .php extension. I completed a new install and the same issue occurs. Using ZC 1.3.9h.

The pop up box load website homepage instead of email template. I have checked and all files are in correct directories. The only thing I can think can cause issue is when I downloaded the mail beez and unzip it. Then many files were showing "Without encryption" Message.
How I can fix this and get it going?

Hi I have the latest version installed and mostly working. Im using SMTP and I get test emails fine. But no emails have been sent to customers. Im using the 10 day review reminder module. Some of the settings are:

Make sure you download the latest version from www.mailbeez.com and follow the installation instructions on http://www.mailbeez.com/documentatio...en-cart-1-5-x/

Hi Cord, I've been trying to install a Mailbeez onto v1.5.3, I've installed and reinstalled several times and keep having the same result. I can see the new "Mailbeez" box in the Tools menu, but when I click it, I get a blank screen and am unable to install it. Any ideas? Thank you.

I'm attempting to install Mailbeez on my local testing environment (Wampserver) and the install continues to fail. I log into Admin, go to Tools, click Mailbeez and then click the Install button which takes me to the cloud download. It appears to download the files just fine, but then cannot apply them. The error I received is as follows:

thanks for reporting the issue - currently the mailbeez helpdesk and support portal is down. We are working on it and it should be up and running again tomorrow.
I assume you get the Error Message when you try to click on the support link to read more about the installer?
The installer downloads the core zip archive and extracts it into the /mailhive directory. Therefor this directory and everything within must be writable for PHP. Then the installer will run through and you will be able to finalised the installation of mailbeez.
In alternative you can download the core zip archive on http://www.mailbeez.com/download/ and copy manually into your zencart. The updater will still work when you get a note about a new version.

I uploaded my test ZC 1.5.3 install to a live web server, and tried the reinstall of Mailbeez. This time, the install appeared to work correctly, I got a Success message and the button return to to Mailbeez in my admin, however now I get an Internal Server Error 500, but only when clicking the admin Mailbeez link. Everything else in my admin is working just fine.

I'm even more confused now. By downloading the Mailbeez core and manually copying the files instead of using the Cloudloader, I was able to successfully install Mailbeez on my local testing environment (WAMPserver) and get to all the configuration menus etc. However, trying the same thing on the live server still presents me with an Internal Server 500 error when I click the Mailbeez link in the Admin menu. There are no debug or error files in my zencart logs or cache folders. I do not have access to the live server error files yet. My dev environment and live environment are slightly different, so I can only assume that it's something the the server environment or database connection.
Live server config is:
Server OS: FreeBSD 8.2-STABLE
Database: MySQL 5.5.36-log
HTTP Server: Apache/2.2.29
PHP Version: 5.3.28 (Zend: 2.3.0)
PHP Memory Limit: 32M
PHP Safe Mode: Off
PHP File Uploads: On
Max Size: 4194304
POST Max Size: 8M
Database Data Size: 10,760 kB
Database Index Size: 3,654 kB
Any ideas as to next steps?

Sorry, cannot update my previous post. My webhosts gave me today's error logs for the server. What I see with regards to Mailbeez is this repeated over and over:

We run php with cgi-wrap because we are on a shared server and want php loaded items to be under our account and not server owned.

I have been playing with Mailbeez 2.9.8-7 and it show this message
- This MailBeez Version is compatible with PHP up to Version 5.3 but not with the installed PHP-Version 5.4.32 . This can cause malfunction like empty emails - the system will not sent out empty emails. We are working on fixing this issue.
Is the newer version 2.991 compatible with PHP-Version 5.4.32?
In my test emails i have the following showing up above the email

after changing a few things in the configurations i do not see the warning anymore.
But i still can not send html emails, all the emails are sent in text format, i am using

Ok, with all the test account that i had and set to HTML subscription did not work, when i created a new fresh email and created a new account it worked,i am confused since all the testing was done with accounts that set-up to receive html email.

Any idea why there is a significant difference in the number or orders shown under mailbeez for the same criteria with zen cart admin?
for example the number of shipped orders in the past year under zen cart is double the orders shown under mailbeez taking in consideration the repeat orders and repeated emails addresses.

This was working fine on zen cart v1.5.1. When upgraded to zen cart v1.5.4 and go to admin/tools/MailBeez you get:
