Regards
PS: look at configurat->SSU, I think there is an option about category name level
With error reporting turned off this category is still blank:
http://mastersoftails.com/index.php?...=index&cPath=5
Sorry to bother, but I'm confused about the category name level.
This are the options I get on Configuration:
Set max category level
Set maximum name length
Set minimum word length
Which one should I change?
Thanks again
Re: Simple SEO URL [support thread]
Actually, if SSU is turned off, it wont touch any parsing etc, so it's weird that a category link can have an error. And more weirder is that this happens on a category only.
Is there anything special on this category, any thing different on this cat?
PS: can you turn the strict error report back on btw?

Yes I this one is outside SSU's territory now. In any case I've narrowed it down to the one product inside the category. I moved it to another category and it blanks too, while the previous category is showing now.

Anything really special about this product? Do you have the product id so I can look at it as well?

1. how many product you have in this cat (say if this one has one while the others have more than that, it may give us some hint)
2. Does this product has any thing special like tax class, model, .... etc.? If you remove the products and add it again, does the problem still stay there?
And most important: did this happen before SSU was installed? (So we can at least cross out a possible cause)

Thanks, the problem is number 1.
If the category has only one product then I get a blank page. 0 products or > 2 and it shows fine.
I installed SSU before any products where sumbited. Yes, I know, but someone else is in charge of the products, I'm just doing the layout and configuring.
Edit: I jumped to the conclusion of blaming SSU because I thought it had something to do with mod rewrite.

I've just tested with a category that has a single product, seems to work fine on my end. I'm actually testing it on 3.1 unstable version, but the part that effect the redirection doesnt change from 2.9.6 anyway. Plus you turned ssu off, so it actually doesnt do anything anyway. So I guess you can now concentrate on the finding the reason why a category with single product results in a problem. Maybe someone made some change that can cause this?

Thanks a lot yellow, I'm already searching the forums.
