Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread (for ZC v1.3.9)

Editing so that I can get instant notification. I tried to edit post but was informed I am unable to. Adding a new post was the only way

Have restored the store but still admin page isn't loading

Command: STOR configure.php.bak
Response: 553 Can't open that file: Permission denied
Error: Critical file transfer error

If you are using v4.0 you are posting in the wrong support thread..

I tried using the print fucntion in super orders 3.0 on another computer. The print function does work on another computer. Only the print PDF functions don't work.

1. Could this be a problem at the hosting server that doesn't allow certain scripts to run on the Server side?

Honestly I have no idea.. I can't see your site, and to my knowledge this is not an issue that I can replicate nor has it been reported.. I LONG ago stopped looking at Super Orders v3.0. I don't have a test v1.3.9 store configured to even troubleshoot issues with it.. So I'm not sure how much help I can offer here.. Hopefully someone else can jump in to help..

Lets hope someone out there encountered this problem and can jump in to help. I might look forward to upgrad to 1.5.1 if i really have to have these functions. Thanks again.:smile:

please post Super Orders 4.0 issues in the Super Orders 4.0 support thread.. when you post in the correct support thread you will need to post more detailed information than you have.. "I get a blank page" tells us next to nothing.. blank pages = error. so we need the the contents of the error log to assist..
