Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
I am just wondering if there is any functionality in SuperOrders that will allow to export 'processing' order(s) info as XML (or some format) to send to a fulfiller to be processed. Being able to Batch export a group of orders would be a great function.
I do think SuperOrders is great! It has made my life a whole lot easier. Thanks so much for the Mod.

Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
1.5.1 installed with minimum addons
Just installed this followed every rule of the readme have a BLANK admin page now. Where should I look?
Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
Once the files are uploaded, click ANY link in your store's admin, and the auto-installer will be triggered. If you have followed the install instructions, you will see the installation confirmation message.
This is where I am at and am getting a blank page with https and http. I followed every instruction, super orders was installed correctly and isn't working I don't know what else to say to ask for help, sorry for the double post I didn't explain myself in the first one.
Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
Just tried again on a new install with no mods installed and same thing Internal Server 5oo error. It is apparent to me that the download is corrupted, now how do I fix this? I can't even get the mod to uninstall.
Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
Dear all,
I know I'll get all the blame for not having used the "search button", but I'm honest: I did... I used the last hour trying to figure out how this can be called in English and, as you know, if you don't have the key, you cannot open the door...
So, I take the risk asking...
I would like to add to my customers' orders history the chance to be able to download the invoices their orders produced.
This is not a real problem, as I saw...
MY PROBLEM is that this invoice is generated as a PDF from another program we use in the company, an accounting program only.
The invoice is already generated there, and it would be much easier for me to manually tie that document to my customers' history, than to be able to replicate the PDF from within ZenCart (many troubles of possible errors would arise: numbering, calculations, etc...).
I know it seems weird I would like to handle something "by hand", but at the moment Customer Service is more important than automation.
I'll consider actually connecting the two platform in a near future, but at the moment giving my customers a chance to get a copy of the invoice is much more urgent...
I've dig into all the installation details and operational instructions of Super Orders, which seemed to me the only one which might have such a feature (I've read " and many other features...", so I hope to find what I was looking for...
None of the contributions I've found seemed able doing this... and still Super Orders seems the closest one...
But not near enough, if I'm not wrong...
Am I blind, or is there any other solution ?
Thank you for your replies (if any).

Let me start with this.. if you are inquiring about Super Orders v4.0, this is the wrong support thread for Super Order v4.0 questions.. So any follow-up to this discussion needs to be posted in the Super Order v4.0 support thread. http://www.zen-cart.com/showthread.p...for-ZC-v1-5-x)
I'm not sure I understand what you are asking, but if you are asking if the customer can print a copy of their order, then yes they can.. This is already a built in Zen Cart feature whereby customer can view their order/transaction history from the "My Account" page. They can print their orders from there if they wish. Making the orders shown in the "My Account" page print in PDF format is not something that is part of default Zen Cart nor is it a feature that is a part of the Super Orders feature set. The PDF order printing is an admin ONLY function of Super Orders. Since Super Orders is an enhanced order admin administration module very little of it's feature set is aimed at the customer-side POV.
Can PDF order printing functionality be added to the customer-side in Zen Cart?? Sure.. as I say often, it's software, so this functionality is certainly something that could be added to Zen Cart. However, it is not part of the current Super Orders feature set as it is primarily an admin tool. To add customer-side PDF order printing to your store you would need to create this custom feature yourself (or alternatively hire the services of a developer to create them for you).
Not sure if this answers your question..

Wanted to clarify, if you are indeed asking about Super Orders v3.0 (for Zen Cart v1.3.9) this is the right support thread for Super Orders v3.0. That said, Super Orders v3.0 will not be updated any further. It is a legacy version of this module that works only on legacy versions of Zen Cart. (v1.3.9)

Thank you DivaVocals,
I'm so sorry: I did not specified that I was actually referring to v3.0, as I'm running on ZC v1.3.9h indeed... (my fault, will edit my signature for better recognition...)

Yes, it did ! Thank you.
What it was not still very clear to me was the fact that Super Orders was mainly an ADMIN only addon (sometimes need make you blind, you know).
My need indeed would be to make my customer able to DL a PDF which I would need to "attach" to an order manually, being something issued from another software (on our local servers).
I thought that something similar would have probably been already available (and being wishing to modify it myself, instead of starting from scratch), considering that some items might have a downloadable manual, or something similar (a specific download which might be tied to a specific order...).
Thank you anyway for your "pre-sales" support...
You just avoided me a not-required (for the moment) installation...

Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
Odd question:
Super Orders changed images/icon_status_red.gif or added these, would it hurt anything to change them back to the "normal" ones as it is confusing my clients? If no harm where do I find the original icons at?
Much thanks!
