nochex orders not showing in admin
Hi,
I run a Zen Cart shop which all runs fine, our customers make an order and then I get sent a a order email which gives me there details and what they have ordered, which is great, but that only works when the pay by cash on delivery, whenever someone pays using Nochex for credit card payments, i get a email from Nochex saying they have payed but I do not get one from the shop saying they have placed and order, how do i fix this?

Also just to say it does not even show up the order in the Zen Cart control panel????? :(

it seems not just me got this problem! everything looks fine in customer site, just in zen-cart admin control panel do not have orders...

I also have this problem.
1) Add a test item to cart
2) Logout
3 Items appear in database cart and show in Recover Cart Sales
3) Login, items still in cart
4) Pay via NoChex
5) Get confirmation of nochex payment
6) No record of order, no emails, nothing showing in Recover Cart Sales or database.
Switched back to using PayPal - everything works fine.
Seems to be a problem at NoChex who can't even get their help system to operate properly - selecting help from interface gives an SQL error.
Maybe they will fix it Monday., I will call them.

My website has also started doing this as of Friday (last order received properly on 27/03/2010 09:09am). It has worked fine for 2 years before now and I haven't changed anything recently.
Since there seems to be a few of us all having the same problem as of about the same time it looks like it may be an issue at the NoChex end. I emailed them earlier but now that I've found this thread and I'm more sure it is their fault I will call them in the morning also.

OK guys here's the update.
My account manager Charlotte Padmore has filled me in that NoChex have changed something at their end and they are aware that it seems to have broken things for Zen Cart. They believe this is due to a timeout - they think the Zen Cart module is not allowing enough time for NoChex to authorise (presumably the change they've made to their system makes it slower).
Charlotte was speaking in terms of "contacting Zen Cart to modify their system", etc. I pointed out that its not as simple as that:
1) Zen Cart is not one system on one server that can be fixed, its thousands of copies on thousands of servers
2) Zen Cart is an open source project - not a commercial entity that they could phone up and ask to issue a patch.
Anyhow the upshot is that they've asked me to send the NoChex APC page to them to look at. I think this is a positive sign.
I also asked (demanded really) to speak to Nick Fox (sales director), or any other director or senior person. She reluctantly agreed to ask Nick Fox to call me back. Whether he will actually phone remains to be seen.
I will send them the code and keep you posted.
