define page editor

hi we are trying to build our main page but we need part of it as links so therefore we have put in a table, but I need to adjust the size of the right hand box to the width of the bar above? this is just not happening everytime I adjust the size it puts the left hand images below, i understand that its something to do with margins but the image has plenty of room to the far right :frusty:
what am i doing wrong ?
