Removing sold items

When an item is sold customers cannot buy it again but I have to manually remove it which is very time consuming if there are a lot of items.
For an example of my problem go to my website:
http://www.poseidonstreasures.com/
In the top catagory click on "Keshi Pearls".
You now get 3 items for sale but the second box that says "New items" shows 5 items. But two of these have been sold. If you then click on the item that says "(Sku #P121)", which I have sold, you will get a message that says "Sorry, the product was not found.".
How can I set it up so that sold items will no longer appear and also, is there an easy way to completely delete unsold items from the database without having to do scroll down through all the pages of items for sale in admin and do it manually

I don't see the issue
When you get an order you are in the admin checking and doing order fulfillment, at this same time go to the catalog and delete the item

If you ignore these for a period then it becomes an issue

OK, so since I never got instructions I guess that I have to go to admin and manually remove everything.
This gets time consuming because you have to scroll down each page to find the sold item to delete it. If I had 4000 items for sale this would make for a very time to delete items from an order.
Is there any way that I can get all of the sold ones to show up first on the list so that I dont have to scroll through 10 pages of stuff to find each sold one to delete it

Hi. Thanks for the info. But is there no faster way to delete a sold item?
If I have say 200 items in a catagory, when I go into the admin section and go to that catagory there are 10 items per page. If it happens to be the last item I have to reload through twenty pages of items to delete the item.
If some customer bought 15 items you would have to scroll through and reload through hundreds of pages of live items to delete the ones that the customer has bought.
There must be a faster way to remove items is there not?
Sorry about asking the same question again but I must be missing an easier way to get rid of sold items. Is there a way to get all items in a category on one page maybe rather than seeing just ten at a time? Or is there another way to delete items rather than scrolling through the live items?
