Store Credit Module

Hi All,

Just thought I'd start a thread here for the new Store Credit Module I've created for Zen Cart.

Basically, SCM allows you to carry a credit balance for your customer - separate to their GV balance - which is automatically deducted from purchases. Reasons why you might want this module could be an easier way to give partial refunds or to give your customers a bonus for filling out a survey, etc.

Any comments, suggestions, feature requests on this thread would be great :D.

Hi there Kath,

I just installed your mod. I am not sure where to see the credit. I log in as a customer after giving a credit..but can't see where the credit would be displayed. I enabled the sideboxs.... but still can't see anything....

Please help...:)

HI all anyone know what would be wrong with this store credit modual? I get this error:

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

What version of ZC are you running and which version of the SCM do you have?

With the sidebox, what setting do you have it on (1 or 2?).

Edit: Ignore my rambling about another language - it's early morning here and I'm tired. I don't quite understand why it is doing that. I didn't ship such a file, but mine doesn't error like that. Odd. I will ponder on it further. If anyone else has any suggestions, please chime in!

I am not getting the sidebox to show up either, is there a trick?

There shouldn't be a trick. As per PP, which setting do you have the sidebox on in the configuration?

On Right 80 0 On

Sorry, I meant the setting in "Configuration->Layout Settings".

If the setting is not at least 1, the box will never show up.

Ok, Which setting should I be looking for?

It's described in the Read me file under "Useage and Configuration".
