We need a bit more info. Please fill in the posting tips, or it will be near impossible to say anything without guessing.

Deleting the 3400 log files so that I can create a new one.
but you cannot add anything to your cart,,, you just get a blank screen
A blank screen will result in a debug file. Please submit the contents here.
that's what I'm trying to find,,, the debug file
OOPS disregard
I guess it's not generating a log file mydebug,,,,
You could also check the errorlogs from your host.
the error logs folder is empty
So in essence,,, looks like my store has been down since my last sale on 12/18,,,
I turned on strict error reporting and no errors popped up,,,
changed templates to classic green,,, no change
I just realized that customers can not log in either,,, which would explain blank page ,,, so the problem must be logging in related
Three parties could change things:
a) you
b) your hosting company
c) someone unauthorized.
a - you said you "didn't change anything". If that's truly true, move to (b)
b - hosting company -- hosting companies are always changing things like server software, patching security fixes, usually just to core server software. But if they change a PHP or MySQL or Apache version, or a default master setting in any of those, or a server security rule, or any number of things, that *might* break something. Sometimes they might even move you to another server without your knowledge.
What have they said about any changes they've made?
c - intruders - if someone gained unauthorized access to your site (or hacked someone else's site in another account on the same server your hosting company has you on, and then got access to yours), then you'll need to find and plug that hole. Usually your hosting company can help with this.
This document gives tips on how to recover from unauthorized access:
It also gives instructions on how to do a complete inspection of your site looking for unexpected changes ... whether those were made by you or someone else. Follow it until you've fixed everything that doesn't belong, and until you've proven that no hacker activity has occurred. The same steps are involved either way.
