How do I hide customer's last name on product reviews?

My searches didn't turn up anything that I could decipher on how to remove the Customer's last name on product reviews. The reviews are standard stuff in a box on the left side of the page but instead of ending with " - John Smith" I would like it to be signed by "John"

Worked perfect thanks so much for the quick response. I love this place!

Actually I just noticed the above worked for the side info bar on the left side of the screen but when you click on reviews to see all of them on THAT screen the first and last name is still appearing. Can oneyone tell me where that is defined.
