Changing Copyright & Multiple Add To Cart Problem

Hi, I've completly changed the zencart's default template but for the life of me can not figure out how to put the sites name in where it says "Copyright © 2003-2006 Zen Cart."

I'm also having a problem with the "Add Selected Products To Cart" after putting a quantity in any number of items and clicking this button it brings me to a blank screen and adds noting to my cart.

Find this in includes -> languages -> YOUR_TEMPLATE -> english.php
