Find http references [Support Thread]
This is the support-thread for the (coming soon) tool that finds http:// references in your store's language, module and template files as well as within the database products', categories' and EZ-Pages' language text.
As more sites are moving to the SSL-all-the-time protocol on their storefront, it can be difficult to determine where any remaining http:// references exist ... and those references can cause the site to deliver "mixed-content", causing web-browsers to throw warning messages to people accessing the site.
This tool creates a file-based report to identify files and database locations that currently use the http:// protocol. Please review the readme for installation and usage instructions.
The plugin can be downloaded from https://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=2197.
For those that want a preview, see the plugin's GitHub repository: https://github.com/lat9/find_http_references.
