Working with Expression Web & the ZenCart
Hi:
I'm new here and trying to figure all this out...a webmaster I am not! I've downloaded the Zen Cart and found the Cherry Zen template by SageFisher (it looks great)
This new site is going to be a sister site to the one I already have. It' for machine embroidery designs all instand downloadables so I won't have to do anything with shipping and taxes. For my other site I create pages in Expression Web. What I'd like to know is...can I work with the Cherry Zen template in Expression Web and customize it with my own header and things before I publish it to my site?
I can't figure out how to get the template into Expression Web or if it's possible. I guess what I'm trying to do is create a default template for all my pages. Really hope that I'm making sense to somebody.
If anybody can point me in the right direction, I would be one happy camper.
Thanks,

Re: Working with Expression Web & the ZenCart
Exactly what are you needing to do? Have you installed Zen Cart on your hosting server yet?
Re: Working with Expression Web & the ZenCart
Hi Kim:
No...I haven't installed the Zen Cart to my hosting server yet. Apparently tomorrow they are going to add my second domain. I'm assuming that I have to wait for them to do that before I can install the Zen Cart.
What I wanted to do was put the Zen Template into my Expression Web and start working on building my site there. I guess I mean to customize the template with my own header, background colours and such.
I'm really green with all this stuff and winging most of it.

The tutorials/FAQ's link in the top nav bar on this page is a source for most of what you need
I entered "header" into the seach term and many come up - like this one
