ups module saying "We are unable to obtain a rate quote for UPS shipping."

I have activated the ups shipping but when placing an order it says:
We are unable to obtain a rate quote for UPS shipping.
Please contact the store if no other alternative is shown.

I could use some help on this

Check your settings in the UPS module area in the admin and see that for Shipping Zone you have "none"

i use florida zone and im buying from florida still not working

i tried with "none" and with a "zone" still same err

i found it guys, it was my max weight in the settings i had to set it to 150
