Paypal Express and county tax rates
I am currently only accepting payments through paypal and was curious how zen would work with the tax rates. In my state each county has different surtax rates. I already entered each individual tax rate for each county in paypal. I setup my zone in the zen tax rates also but this is only one rate for the entire state which is incorrect. My question is, if I am only using paypal can I just leave it like it is and the tax rates be applied through paypal when a customer checks out?
Also can a customer checkout through paypal express without a paypal account?

Your question has been answered in your first post on the same topic: http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=129267
Please refrain from reposting the same question in multiple places -- it's considered poor forum etiquette because it creates disjointed discussions. Instead, if you have more to add to your question, or can explain more about what you're trying to accomplish, post a reply with the additional information ... it could be that you're not getting an answer because you didn't supply enough details.

No offense intended. Just trying to help you get better answers and not cause frustration for the many volunteers who are answering questions, nor for future forum members who are searching for answers but don't get what they're looking for because a question was answered someplace else instead of in the post they're looking at.
