How to delete a status from orders.php?

I sometimes, by mistake, put wrong status and comments for a customer's order.

It is then visible to the customer under the order details.

How can I delete that?

You would need to browse the table:
orders_status_history

and do a search for the:
orders_id

and you can delete the record for the order that you do not want to keep ...

NOTE: if you wanted to keep it but not have the customer see it, there are settings for that when you add these ...

If you forget, you can find the record in the:
orders_status_history

for the:
orders_id

and change the field:
customer_notified

to be:
-1

and now the comment is only available to the Admin and not to the customer ...

NOTE: when setting comments for the Admin only, be sure to select:
No Email

I meant to confirm that there isn't a way to accomplish this from Admin, or by using any available module.

I dislike touching the database and want to stay away from that. esp if I have to do it couple times a day.
