Help resizing product's image

Hello all,
Most my products were 200x200px, 300x300px and 600x600px.
I assume that I made a mistake about 1 year ago and I made a change in a file and I don't remember which one.
Now, most products remained on this configuration, but any product I add now has the following sizes: 100X100, 320x320 and 600x600px.
I'll be very thankful for your help - I cannot find the file I've changed.

Those image sizes are controlled by your admin's Configuration :: Images settings.
