Customer to view Custom Product Preview

Not sur eif this is possible, but I do a LOT of custom products and would like the customer to be able to see the item they are purchasing with their image on it...like this website:

I am assuming it is Javascript.....but am not sure...

is there anything available in Zen cart modules to do this or do I need to hire someone?
