International Shipping Errors.

I updated to the new USPS version that is out and now I am having issues, a little back story:

I sell cosmetics and I have free shipping for ALL orders of $40 or more and free shipping for all samples into the US (international have to pay for shipping on samples if they don't spend $40).

I updated to the new USPS version and now it is not giving quotes for shipping on samples/orders under $40 for international purchases.

This happens every time I have to update and I usually refer back to this thread (https://www.zen-cart.com/showthread....ns-Not-Working) where I had the same problem and those things fixed it but this time around, it does not fix.

If I upload my OLD usps.php to includes/modules/shipping it will work but not quote first class for domestic purchases.

Please help!!

Nevermind, I fixed it, was referring back to the wrong thread.
