Problem of check out & Payment process, help needed!!!

Hi,

I got the problem of checking out. The first step is very good, but when it go the payment option page(2 of 3 step), there is no any payment options showed on screen.

Anybody can help that?

Have you ENABLED your payment modules in the admin panel?

Yes, I have enabled the paypal, money order & check order.

By "enabled", have you set them to "TRUE" in the settings?

Yes, I have set them all in "TRUE" in admin.

I also am having that problem. I actually tried to turn on the cod and it didn't show either.

All set to true and set correctly.

It was the zones. If you turn them to None then see if they show. It may be that is what is causing them to not show.

I have installed a fresh copy of Zen Cart 1.3.8. I have installed and enabled the payment modules for Check and Credit Card. There are no Zones associated with either payment type. I have also installed and enabled Flat Rate Shipping. The product I am ordering does have a weight of 1lb.

During the placement of an order, I get to the Payment page (Step 2 of 3) and no payment options show up. Also, even though the page is done loading, the bottom footer from Zen Cart does not get written (odd).

Any insights as to what might be happening here other than what I found here?
