Need help for mods...

I need help from a moderator to get the links removed that are pointing to my website. The links are in the signature and posted by the old owner of a domain. There are a large number of these profile links from a lot posts made on here by the older domain owner.

My domain has a penalty from Google and they are saying the keyword rich anchors used in a large number of posts are part of the issue...
