Default Attribute - Add from product list [Support Thread]

The default attribute mod makes it so that items with only single valued
defaultable attributes (such as PDF-only downloads) can be added directly
from the listing page, rather than from the product_info page only.

This mod is for Zen Cart 1.5.5 only and is pre-integrated with the responsive_classic template.

Thanks for this module. Is there a way to change this module to make it work for attributes that are marked display only? I know it is somewhat different. For attributes such as shipping format size concerning a shipping module. I also have different attributes display only, for product feeds, so some have more than one. But they don't show on the item page to the customer.

Just found an issue:
after install this mod, and try to add more than one product with single attribute, the add action will stop at first product with single attribute. For example,
product A
product B with single attribute
product C with single attribute
If I try to add them at once, only product A and product B will be added.

Any ideals?

Updated for 1.5.6.

I was dissatisfied with the complexity of adding this mod to 1.5.5 so I updated it to make it simpler. Both 1.5.5 and 1.5.6 are now super simple installations.

Please note: if you are using this module to handle downloadable products, you need to pull the latest version and review the installation instructions; several key steps have been added.

1.5.7 upgraders: This functionality is built in to 1.5.7 but does require one patch (coming in 1.5.7a), which can be seen here:
