Adding New Attributes to an existing list

please pardon me if this is covered elsewhere, but i'm trying to add two+ new attributes to a product. Specifically i'm selling t-shirts in the US... and my only options are x-small, small, med, and large. In the US this is nowhere near enough. I need XL, XXL, and XXXL. And i need to increase the base price of the product for XXXL. I think ZC handles that part, but i'm confused how to add the new attributes to the existing attribute list.
