I'd like to allow people visiting my site to fill out a form and print it. I sell my product online and in stores. I want the customer to be able to fill out a form that asks their supermarket to stock my product. Is there an addon for this? If I need a third party product, I'm thinking I could create an ezpage frame that would open the page. Any advice would be appreciated.
