Can I have a free shipping and 5 dollars off in the same coupon?

Hi im trying to make a coupon with free shipping and a 5 dollar off coupon...for some reason the coupon is not working. Are you able to have free shpping plus a discount on a coupon? Also I have a minimum product amount of 70 dollars...but every time I have tried to use the coupon I have always exceeded the 70 dollar minimum.

By default ... the Discount Coupons are for:
1 A Percentage

-- or --

2 An Amount

-- or --

3 Free Shipping

but not for a combination of them ...

I totally agree with Linda,, You can't use 2 different coupons at once on Zen-Cart.
