how to remove: The art of E-commerce from your title?

I'm wondering if I can remove the logo: The art of e-commerce from the title of my site and the title of my meta tags to replace it with my company saying?

I have done this. Here is my example:

I am using Crimson Editor:

define('TITLE', 'Charming Web Design Boutique');

// Site Tagline
define('SITE_TAGLINE', 'Website Templates With You In Mind!');

This is what I get?

This has removed the text I wanted, but I still have "Tag Line Here" above Welcome to my shop!

You should not be using includes/languages/english/meta_tags.php. You should be using includes/languages/english/YOUR_TEMPLATE/meta_tags.php. If you make changes to the files included with Zen Cart, all your work will be lost with the next update/upgrade.

I have been looking to fix this problem alllll day long. Still nothing. I've also went to look for meta_tags as suggested under my template.....there are not meta_tags.php files when I click on my template. This doesn't make sense.

Edit includes/languages/english/meta_tags.php

after finishing your edits make sure to save the file to

includes/languages/english/YOUR_TEMPLATE/meta_tags.php
