If you are trying to use Google Mail for Business as your email provider for your domain then you need to reconfigure the website on the server and deselect all server-based mail facilities.
You then need to set up your MX Records on the server to the MX Records provided by Google Mail.
If you're not the server admin then you'll either have to get your hosting company to set up the Google MX Records for you, or else set up Advanced Records for MX where you control your domain from.
