Product image size

Hi,

I'm trying to modify the product image size.

I have entered a certain width/height in the Configuration/images section but the shopping cart does not show the new size. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong but can't figure what.

Can someone please give me a hint?

If you use the LARGE and MEDIUM image functions in ZC, then the side of the enlarged image will be principally determined by the ACTUAL site of the image in the LARGE folder.

So if your actual image size is 300 X 300, then that is its max size, regardless of any settings you configure in the admin panel.

The "original" size I have uploaded is 500w x 747h, which shows correctly when I click on "larger image".

However, the size of the products image is set 250w x 374h but it shows a lot smaller.

Are you using a custom template

Sounds like a Template Monster "trick"... TM are known for their remarkable ability to wreck core zencart behaviour.

What has a template got to do with the zen cart? I'm inside the zen cart and look at products and the product image is too small.

Without a "template", zencart would not work at all.

How did you install zencart? Or perhaps someone did it for you.

Sorry, I misunderstood the "template" question. I was thinking of a template website, not a template shopping cart. My bad.

As to the image size, it turned out that I modified the dimensions of small images (the first two lines of the config/images list) instead of the product images.

It works correct now.
