Paypal Payments Pro - Hosted stuck in Sandbox mode. (UK)
Hi
Just installed the Github zencart-paypal-wpphosted and it has defaulted to "Sandbox mode". It still has the option "Install Module" available BUT If I click on that it states: " PayPal Website Payments Pro Hosted module already installed." (No edit option available, see screenshots: Attachment 18399 Attachment 18400
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I need to get this working for UK Compliance reasons.
Cheers
Jeremy

If you've installed this (https://github.com/ontech/zencart-pa...phosted/issues) one, it's not been updated since 2014 and most likely isn't "playing well" with more advanced (e.g. > v153) versions of Zen Cart.
Have you tried the built-in PayPal Payments Pro payment-module? What UK Compliance issue are you attempting to solve?

Hi, yes it was the zencart-paypal-wpphosted dd 2014.....could not find a newer version.
We want all payments to be handled solely by Paypal so NO CUSTOMER FINANCIAL DATA is stored in our database. I believe Paypal hosted Payments is the way to go....
It is for PCI Compliance.
Thanks for responding.
Kind regards
Jeremy

Neither PayPal Express Checkout (which redirects the customer to the paypal.com site for payment) nor PayPal Payments Pro (which uses AJAX to gather the customer's credit cart in their browser for submittal to paypal.com) stores the customer's credit card information 'on site'.

Thanks, I was not aware of that. I'll pursue that to see if that would suffice.

What about "PayPal Payflow Pro - Gateway"
