How do I get rid of "sponsors" and "categories"?

Hi, I am trying to get rid of the heading "Sponsors" and "Categories" in my side box. I do not want that text there, or the images that go with them. How do I delete these. I would rather have different text at Categories with no image, and no text or image when I put up banner ads, under "sponsors". Does anyone know how to do this? :smile:

Search for it and seek a defines statement for it

Those are called from the stylesheet.css file associated with your template

These are probably the banner boxes. You can switch off either the sideboxes, or the banners themselves.

Both options are in the TOOLS menu:

Layout Boxes Controller (for the boxes)
Banner Manager (for the banners)

You can edit the english.php file to change the screen text of the sideboxes.

Go to Includes/Languages/english.php

or Includes/Languages/your template/english.php

Categories is located at about line 78 of that file.
