Hi,
I have submitted a plugin that is a merger of two existing plugins for a third different possible use, so it is not an original code.
Not having done this before, and being this my first contribution, I didn't know how to best make the head comments in each file, I did give credit to both authors, but in case I did it wrong, please feel free to make the correction needed.

What's the name of your merged plugin and the two existing plugins?

Sorry for the delay, I must have missed the notice of it being accepted, I just found out about it; anyhow it's on my signature.
I am already working on an improved version without the marquee tag.
