Question on Just Released USPS Shipping Module - is it ok for v1.3.8a?

Database: MySQL 5.0.96-community
HTTP Server: Apache
For the 1/27/13 USPS Module, I noticed it is for versions 1.39 and newer. The one released on 1/22/13 also mentioned it was for v1.3.8.
Does this mean that the release today will not work on 1.3.8? If so does that mean if running 1.3.8 we should install the 1/22/13 release?

Well if it were my site it would have been upgraded long ago...I'm sure you're very familiar with the old expression about "leading a horse to water"? Well in this case it's more like "leading a jacka*s to his wallet!" :wacko:
