Removing CSS Padding around logo ?
My first post on the forum and its a question - apologies :(
Have just setup Zen on my site www avjungle co uk am running 1.3.8 and have installed a TM template which i have tweaked to be just about right except i'm strugging to get my logo in properly.
I've made changes to header.php as tutorial 125 which doesnt seem to be noticed, but changing tpl_header.php from logo.gif to AVJunglelogo.gif is spotted and when i view in page source in the browser i can see that Zen is sizing the <IMG> tag to suit my new logo.
The problems i have are
1. What ever i do i cannot remove the padding above the logo - i installed web developer on Firefox and cannot see anything that is showing something stopping the logo from starting at the top.
2. I cant work out how to relocate the shopping cart text to the right of the logo as if i change the logo to the correct width (960px) it pushes the cart text further down the page and messes things up.
Any advice greatly appreciated as its the last real sticking point to get the site ready to go.... i think
Thanks
Dean.
Re: Removing CSS Padding around logo ?
Template Monster does lots of nonstandard things to their templates, so it's not surprising that a tutorial doesn't work for you. We need to see your site live to tell what the problem is.
Re: Removing CSS Padding around logo ?
Hi Glen
Yes i guessed it was TM that was affecting things.
The site is at www avjungle co uk - havent put proper URL as forum suggestion to stop it showing up in search engines yet.
Thanks
Dean.
Re: Removing CSS Padding around logo ?
Gave up with that and just set the background image rather than the logo - now in correct place - just need to get the actual image finished :)
Thanks
Dean.
