I installed the template but it doesn't look like the demo page. The header area is the same but the main area is missing the left and right columns.
I looked under the Tools pull down menu but I am not sure what to change there.

enable the left and right columns,configuration-layout setting set "1" to the values of "Column Left Status - Global" and "Column right Status - Global"
Also, make sure you reset the Layout Boxes Controller under Tools. Missing left and right columns is common after installing a new template and before resetting the Layout Boxes Controller.
