Is it possible to have a catch all Zone?
I have AU & NZ for one rate, UK, FR, CA, US for another.
I would like third box to be anything else is this possible without entering every other ISO Code?

There's an archived mod here: http://www.zen-cart.com/archived_contributions/zones/
called 'Zone - World' that will do it, but it's not been updated for zen v1.3.x so you may need to merge the zones file in it with the latest zen v 1.3.5 zones file to get it to work.
